Ingredients
- 2 tsp Thai red curry paste
- 2 tsp Broighter Gold sesame oil
- 150 ml Broighter Gold rapeseed oil
- 1 Lime juice
- 1 tsp Fish sauce
- 1 tbsp Honey
- 3-4 Spring Onions
- Fresh ginger
- 1 Fresh red chilli
- 1 Clove garlic
- 1 Fresh coriander leaves
Cooking Instructions
- Put the Thai red curry paste in a bowl with the rapeseed oil, sesame oil, soy sauce, fish sauce, honey and juice of 1 lime. Mix together well.
- Finely chop the chilli, ginger, garlic, spring onions and coriander and add to the bowl.
- Give everything a good mix and you’re done.
