Ingredients
- 1 Banana Ripe
- 1 tsp Coconut Oil
- Frozen Berries Handful
- 2 tbsp 0% Fage Greek Yogurt
- 1 tbsp Poppy Seeds
Cooking Instructions
- Peel and slice banana lengthways.
- Heat coconut oil in pan.
- Fry banana on a medium/low heat 3 mins each side (until it browns slightly).
- Put frozen berries in a pan and simmer until soft.
- Place banana on a plate, cover with berries.
- Top with Greek Yogurt and poppy seeds.
- Serve hot and enjoy.
