Ingredients
- 1/4 lb lean mince steak
- 1 Onion
- 6 tbsp Passata
- 1 tsp Lazy Garlic
- 1 tsp Dried Basil
- 1 tsp Dried Oregano
- 1 packet Spiralised Courgettes
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Cooking Instructions
- Cook mince in olive oil in a non stick pan, add onion and cook until mince is browned
- Add the passata, garlic and herbs and sauté slowly for 20 mins
- Cook spiralised courgettes (cooked as directed on the packet)
- Season bolognese mix with salt and pepper
- Serve bolognese on bed of courgettes and top with shaved Parmesan.
