Cooking Instructions

  1. Cook mince in olive oil in a non stick pan, add onion and cook until mince is browned
  2. Add the passata, garlic and herbs and sauté slowly for 20 mins
  3. Cook spiralised courgettes (cooked as directed on the packet)
  4. Season bolognese mix with salt and pepper
  5. Serve bolognese on bed of courgettes and top with shaved Parmesan.
