Cooking Instructions

  1. Chop celery into 1 inch pieces
  2. Prepare the fennel by chopping off the stalk and root. Slice straight down the middle and quarter. Discard the core. Place the bulb cut side down and slice length ways into thin strips. You'll only need a little for this smoothie.
  3. Cut the apple and pears into small pieces. No need to peel.
  4. Grab your peeled grapefruit and cut into bite size pieces.
  5. Put everything into a blender and top with a handful of mint.
  6. Blitz until it's smooth in consistency.
