Cooking Instructions

  1. Fry or grill the sirloin beef (medium rare)
  2. Let beef rest for 5 minutes and slice thinly
  3. Put the fish sauce, lime juice, chillies, and castor sugar into a bowl and mix together
  4. Add the beef and stir well so that the beef is covered in the sauce
  5. Add the shallots and mix together
  6. Then add the cucumber and the tomato and mix again
  7. Finally add the celery, spring onions and coriander leaves
  8. Mix together and serve
