Ingredients
- 2 Chicken Breasts Chopped
- 2 tbsp Gluten Free Green Pesto
- 6 Fresh Sundried Tomatoes
- 1 handful Chives Chopped
- 1 tsp Coconut Oil
- 1 handful Spinach
Cooking Instructions
- Add chicken, pesto, sundried tomatoes and chives into a food processor and whizz.
- Form into 4 patties and pan fry in coconut oil until thoroughly cooked in the centre.
- Serve on a bed of lightly wok fried spinach leaves.
