Ingredients
- 3 parts Elderflower cordial
- 1 part Soda water
- 6 parts Prosecco
- 3 leaves Mint
- 1 part Gin optional
Cooking Instructions
- Fill a large wine glass with ice and add mint
- Add elderflower cordial and gin if using
- Top with Prosecco and soda water
- Mix and serve
