Ingredients
Chimichurri Sauce
- 2 Large Green Chillies
- 4 Garlic Cloves
- Fresh Parsley 1 bunch
- 5 tbsp. Red Wine vinegar
- 100 ml Rapeseed Oil
- Salt just a pinch
Cooking Instructions
- Season chosen steak with salt and pepper and allow to come to room temperature. Heat the BBQ!
- For the sauce. Brown the green chillies over a flame, allowing them to burn a little. Cool, then deseed the chillies and add the flesh to a small blender along with the garlic cloves, parsley, vinegar, rapeseed oil and salt. Blitz to a smooth sauce and transfer to a serving bowl.
- Add each steak to the BBQ and grill for 1-2 minutes on each side depending on the thickness, then leave aside, cover and allow the steaks to rest for 3-5 minutes
- To serve, slice the steaks and drizzle with chimichurri sauce
