- For the marinade Mix 1 tablespoon of chilli flakes, paprika, cumin and salt & pepper in olive oil.
- Lightly oil the salmon and then rub them in the marinade.
- Place in the fridge for 1-2 hours.
- Heat BBQ and cook salmon on a moderate flame for 5-10 minutes each side.
- Chop up the avocado, tomatoes, shallots and lettuce leaves in a large bowl.
- Flake the cooked salmon into the avocado and salad mix and stir.
- Take a tortilla wrap, fill with the mixture, roll and serve with Jilly's BBQ Thai Dressing.
