Cooking Instructions

  1. Slice the fruit and put all the ingredients in a blender.
  2. Blend everything until it is smooth.
  3. Pour and serve. This makes 650ml - so should serve about 2 people.
  4. If you don’t have a blender, mush the strawberries up with a fork, use half a banana, leave out the ice cubes and apple, put it all in a clean jam jar and shake until it’s mixed well.
