Ingredients
- 350 g Frozen or tinned sweetcorn
- 3 Spring Onions
- 3 Eggs
- 2 Tbsp Full Fat Milk
- 75 g Plain Flour
- 1/2 tsp Smoked Paprika
- Vegetable Oil
- Salt & Black Pepper
Cooking Instructions
- 1. You simply mix all the ingredients together in a bowl.
- 2. Heat some oil in a pan.
- 3. Then fry small pancake sized dollops of the mixture in the oil until it is gold brown and crispy on both sides.
