Ingredients

Cooking Instructions

  1. Slice the peppers and onion.
  2. Heat the oil over a medium heat and add the sliced vegetables, cooking for 5-6 minutes.
  3. Add the spices and cook for a further 2 minutes.
  4. Divide the cooked vegetables between two wraps and top each with half the cheese.
  5. Place the remaining wraps on top of the filled tortillas.
  6. Place in a dry frying pan, and cook for 3-4 minutes over a low cook either side.
  7. Serve cut into wedges with guacamole and salad, and plenty of hot sauce.
