Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons tahini
- 1 pinch Smoked Paprika
- 1 pinch Salt
- Juice of Half a Lemon
- 2 Peeled Garlic Cloves
- Brioche Burger buns
- iceberg lettuce leaves
- 1 Tomato
- Plain or Garlic Mayonnaise
- Brighter gold chilli oil
Cooking Instructions
- Drain the chickpeas and place in a blender.
- Add tahini, salt, lemon juice, paprika and garlic.
- Blend.
- Shape the mixture into two patties and chill for 10 minutes.
- Brush the patties with brighter gold chilli oil and bake for 30 minutes.
- Serve in buns, with a good dollop of mayonnaise, sliced tomato and lettuce leaves.
