Ingredients
- 270 grams Soba noodles
- 60 milliliters Oyster Sauce
- 2 tablespoons Soy Sauce
- 2 tablespoons Mirin
- 3 tablespoons Peanut Oil
- 600 grams SuperValu beef rump steak
- 2 Spring Onions thinly sliced
- 1 Large carrot Peeled cut into matchsticks
- 200 grams Mushrooms
- 2 Garlic Cloves crushed
- Sesame Seeds Toasted to serve
Cooking Instructions
- Prepare soba noodles by refreshing under cold water and draining well.
- Combine oyster sauce, soy sauce and mirin in a small jug. Set aside.
- Heat 1 teaspoon of the oil in a wok over medium-high heat. Stir-fry beef in batches for 2 mins or until browned. Transfer to a plate.
- Heat remaining oil in the wok. Stir-fry spring onion, carrot and mushroom for 3 mins. Add garlic and stir-fry for 1 min.
- Return beef to the wok with oyster sauce mixture and noodles. Stir fry for 2 mins.
- Divide among serving bowls and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
