Ingredients
- 520 g Moy Park Chicken Breasts
- 1 tsp olive oil
- Old El Paso Fajitas Mix Seasoning
- SuperValu Vegetable Fajita Kit
- Mission Deli Wraps
- Coleraine Grated Cheese
- Sour Cream Optional Extra
- Salsa Optional Extra
- Avocado Optional Extra
- Uncle Ben's Rice Optional Extra
- Tortilla Crisps Optional Extra
Cooking Instructions
- Lightly oil pan and fry finely sliced chicken breast for 5 mins, stirring regularly until golden. Add SuperValu vegetable mix and cook for 3 – 4 mins. Stir in the seasoning mix and add 2 tablespoons of water and cook for a further 1-2 mins.
- Heat oven to 200C/180C fan / gas 6 and place wraps in tin foil for 1 - 2 mins
- Serve warmed wraps with grated cheese, sour cream, salsa, sliced avocado and/or Mexican rice or tortilla crisps.
