Ingredients
- 1 Brioche Bun
- 2 slices Leftover Turkey
- 2 slices Leftover ham
- 2 slices Streaky, crispy bacon
- Pigs in Blankets
- 1 spoonful Crunchy ‘slaw
- 3 Roast potatoes bashed up
- 1 Yorkshire pudding torn up
- 2 spoonfuls Stuffing
- 2 spoonfuls Leftover veg
- 1 tbsp Cold gravy ‘thickish’ is best
- 3 Pickled onions sliced
- 1 tsp English mustard
- 1 tsp Horseradish
- Salt and Pepper
Cooking Instructions
- Lightly toast the Bun.
- Spread one half with some of the cold gravy, the other side spread equally with mustard and horseradish.
- Meanwhile, warm the stuffing, roasties, Yorkshires, crispy bacon and veg in the microwave/Airfryer with a few dollops of gravy. Not until piping hot, just to it’s warm.
- Now let the layering begin! Aim for different layers, using the meats as barriers between the softer elements.
- Give it a good squish and enjoy!
