Ingredients
- 200 g Sure Setting Sugar Sugar you would use for jam
- 200 ml Fresh Orange Juice
- 450 g Pack fresh or frozen cranberry
Cooking Instructions
- Pour your sugar and orange juice into a deep saucepan, bring to the boil.
- Stir in the cranberries, then simmer until tender but still holding their shape - this will take about 5 mins if using frozen cranberries or 8 - 10 mins if using fresh.
- Once of the boil, pour into jam jars and put the lid on tight.
- The cranberry sauce will thicken as it cools in the jars.
