Ingredients
- 3-5 Ice cubes per glass
- 60 ml Elderflower syrup
- 200 ml Prosecco
- 200 ml Soda water
- Mint Leaves handful
- Lime to garnish
Cooking Instructions
- Place ice cubes in each glass. Pour over the syrup, then add Prosecco and soda water.
- Lastly add a nice bunch of mint leaves to each glass. And, if you want, a slice or two of lime.
