Ingredients
- 1 lb cocktail sausages
- 5 tbsp Wholegrain Mustard
- 7 tbsp Honey
- 2 tbsp Hoisin Sauce
- 1 Lemon Zest and juice
Cooking Instructions
- Heat the oven to 200C/400F/Gas 6.
- Mix together the honey, mustard, paprika, lemon juice and zest.
- Prick the sausages and toss in the mustard mixture.
- Put in a roasting tin and bake in the oven until brown all over and cooked right through.
- Turn the sausages from time to time whilst they are cooking.
