Ingredients
- 800 grams Chickpeas drained and rinsed
- 3 cloves garlic chopped
- 130 milliliters Lemon Juice
- 8 tablespoons Water
- 1.5 teaspoon Salt
- 4 tablespoons Light Tahini
- 1 pinch Ground Black Pepper
- 1 pinch ground cumin
Cooking Instructions
- Blend all the ingredients together in a food processor until you reach your desired texture.
- Serve with toasted wholemeal pitta, crackers, falafel, raw carrot sticks or simply eat off straight off a spoon!
