Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons Desiccated Coconut
- 2 tablespoons Hemp seeds
- 200 grams Porridge Oats
- 1 tablespoon Pumpkin Seeds
- 2 tablespoons Chia Seeds
- 500 millilitres Unsweetened coconut milk
- Handful Raspberries
- 1 portion Natural Yogurt
Cooking Instructions
- Mix all the ingredients together in a large bowl. Cover with cling film and refrigerate overnight.
- In the morning, transfer the oats to individual bowls and top with fresh fruit, crunchy nuts or any other superfood you have on hand.
