Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon Baking Powder
- 200 grams Caster Sugar plus extra for coating
- 1 Fresh Egg lightly beaten
- 50 grams Milk Chocolate Chopped
- 225 grams Peanut Butter smooth or crunchy
- 1 handful SuperValu Icing Sugar
Cooking Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 160°C/gas mark 3. Line two baking trays with nonstick baking paper.
- In a large bowl, combine the peanut butter with the caster sugar until fully incorporated. Mix in the egg, baking powder and vanilla extract, then fold in the chocolate pieces.
- Roll the dough into 18 small balls and coat in some extra caster sugar. Place on the prepared trays and gently press down with a fork.
- Bake in the oven for 14 minutes, until golden brown. Remove from the oven and allow to cool completely before lifting from the tray. Sprinkle with icing sugar to decorate.
