Lightly oil the salmon and then rub them in the marinade. Place in the fridge for 1-2 hours. Heat BBQ and cook salmon on a moderate flame for 5-10 minutes each side. Chop up the avocado, tomatoes, shallots and lettuce leaves in a large bowl. Flake the cooked salmon into the avocado and salad mix and stir.
