Cooking Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees
  2. Cut the bread roll into cubes and toss with 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  3. Bake the bread for 7-10 minutes, until golden brown
  4. Put the rocket in a tub
  5. Rip the mozzarella over the top
  6. Sprinkle with basil leaves and season with salt and pepper
  7. Wrap the croutons in paper and tuck into the box, with the avocado
  8. Put the oil and vinegar into a small tub and add to the box
