Ingredients
- 4 slices Bread toasted to serve
- 50 g Butter softened
- 100 g Cream Cheese
- 1 tbsp Horseradish
- 1 Lemon juice only
- 1 bunch SuperValu Fresh Dill fronds chopped
- 1 bag SuperValu Mixed Baby Salad Leaves to serve
- 100 g SuperValu Smoked Salmon
Cooking Instructions
- Place the smoked salmon, cream cheese and soft butter in a blender and whizz until smooth. Add the lemon juice, chopped dill and horseradish and blend for 30 seconds.
- Using a spatula, scrape the pâté into four individual ramekins, then chill in the fridge for 20 minutes. Serve with warm toast and mixed salad leaves.
