Blend everything until it is smooth. Pour and serve. This makes 650ml - so should serve about 2 people. If you don’t have a blender, mush the strawberries up with a fork, use half a banana, leave out the ice cubes and apple, put it all in a clean jam jar and shake until it’s mixed well.
