Ingredients
- 400 grams Can of whole tomatoes
- 500 milliliters Vegetable stock
- 2 Chopped carrots
- 1 Chopped onion
- 1 tablespoon Cumin
- Chopped Parsley to garnish
- Seeded Ryvita
Cooking Instructions
- Place the tomatoes, vegetable stock, carrots, onion and cumin in saucepan.
- Bring to the boil and then allow to simmer until carrots are soft.
- When cooked, place in a blender and blend until smooth.
- Season with black pepper.
- Sprinkle with chopped parsley and serve with 2 seeded Ryvita. Enjoy!
