Ingredients

Cooking Instructions

  1. Place the tomatoes, vegetable stock, carrots, onion and cumin in saucepan.
  2. Bring to the boil and then allow to simmer until carrots are soft.
  3. When cooked, place in a blender and blend until smooth.
  4. Season with black pepper.
  5. Sprinkle with chopped parsley and serve with 2 seeded Ryvita. Enjoy!
