Ingredients
- 7 Cups MacIvors Armagh Medium Cider
- 0.5 Cup Lemon Juice
- 2.5 Orange juice or cranberry-raspberry juice
- 1 Bottle Grifon Prosecco
- Red & Green Apples
Cooking Instructions
- Cut red & green apples into half moon slices and place in a large pitcher or punch bowl.
- Stir in Apple cider and juice.
- Chill until ready to serve.
- Add prosecco just before serving (do not add before, to ensure fizziness).
